The revitalization of the over 200-year-old Shangan Village into a living, working, art village with a hotel and several shops and restaurants aim to repurpose the abandoned historic cultural area in Wenzhou.

Preservation, restoration, and newly built structures, as well as significant river modifications, add excitement and leisure whilst aiming to highlight certain locations whilst adding privacy to others.
